You already know most of what decides your health. Nobody has ever added it up.

HealthScore asks about the week you actually had — how you slept, what you ate and drank, how much you moved, and whatever a clinician last told you — and returns one number out of 100 with the 14 domains behind it. No blood draw, no wearable, nothing to look up.

Where the number comes from

Eight domains are the American Heart Association's

Diet, physical activity, nicotine, sleep, body weight, blood lipids, blood glucose and blood pressure are the eight components of the AHA's Life's Essential 8, and the score bands here use that construct's own published cut points. The scoring is our own work, built for self-report rather than lab values — inspired by the advisory, not a reproduction of it.

Six more are ours

Alcohol, stress, social connection, mental engagement, the air where you spend your days, and whether anyone has actually checked on you. Each one is here because the mortality or morbidity evidence for it is strong enough to earn a weight — and each domain's weight reflects how strong that evidence is, rather than every domain counting the same.

110 sources behind the model and the habits, all public and all named on the pages that use them.

What you don't know isn't invented

“I don't know” is a real answer on the three clinical questions, and height and weight can both be skipped. Anything unanswered is left out and the rest re-weighted, never filled in with a middle value — and the result page tells you how much of the model your number rests on.

How it works

1. Answer honestly

28 questions about your real week — how you sleep, move, eat, drink, and handle stress, plus what a clinician last told you. One question per screen, and you can leave and come back within six hours — your answers stay in this browser and go nowhere until you ask for the score.

2. Get your score

A 0-100 number and a bar for every one of the 14 domains, computed the moment you finish — free, no sign-in required. It arrives by email too, so it opens on any device later.

3. Work it with Coach

Coach opens on whichever habit your own answers say needs the most attention, gives you a short daily list, and shows the research behind each one. The score is a measurement and moves when you take it again; Coach is what happens in between.

The score is free. Coach is $9.99 a month.

Knowing where you stand shouldn't cost anything, so it doesn't — the number, all 14 bars and the domain that has the most room to move are yours for the 6 minutes. Coach is the part that takes work off our side: the daily habits, the sources, and the re-measurement that moves the number.

$9.99/month, or $59.99/year — and a new account's first seven days of Coach are free. Cancel from your account page in two steps — Manage billing, then Cancel plan — no email, no retention screen.
