The Coach subscription

On a new account, Coach begins with a free trial of seven days. A payment method is collected at checkout and the first charge is made when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then — canceling during the trial costs nothing. The trial runs once per account: a subscription started on an account that has already had its trial begins as a paid subscription and is charged at checkout. After that Coach is billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, your choice at checkout) through Stripe.

Within seven days of a charge — the first one or any renewal — email support@1guide.co and we refund it in full — monthly or annual, no reason required. This window is a backstop for a charge you did not intend, not a second trial. Outside it you can cancel at any time: Cancel from your account page in two steps — Manage billing, then Cancel plan — no email, no retention screen. Canceling keeps Coach open through the end of the period you already paid for, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current period.

What this is, and isn't

This is educational, general-wellness information built on public health research. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a treatment. It does not replace a clinician, and nothing here should be used to start, stop or change a treatment somebody has prescribed you — that decision is theirs and yours, not ours.

It is written for adults who want to live more healthily, and it is for people aged 18 and over. The scoring is built on adult public-health guidance — adult BMI categories, the adult activity and sleep benchmarks, adult screening schedules — and none of that describes a child or a teenager accurately. The quiz stops if you tell it you are under 18, and it saves nothing when it does.
