Soki World LLC ("1guide") operates HealthScore. This page describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your quiz answers and the email address you give us to see your score.
• Account and billing information, when you subscribe (handled by Stripe — we never see your card number).
• Basic usage analytics (page views, funnel events) to understand what's working.

What we don't collect

No blood draws, no clinical data, no device or wearable integration — every quiz answer is self-reported, and that's all HealthScore ever asks for.

Age

This is for adults, 18 and over. If the quiz is told an age under 18 it stops there and writes nothing — no answers, no email address, and nothing left in the browser to resume.
