Soki World LLC ("1guide") operates HealthScore. This page describes what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your quiz answers, which are health information. They are self-reported rather than measured by us, but they are not vague: they include whether a clinician has told you your blood pressure, cholesterol or blood sugar is high and whether you are treating it, whether you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea, what you drink and smoke, and your age, height, weight and sex at birth.
• Safety answers inside Coach. Before showing certain habits we ask a small number of yes/no questions — pregnancy, insulin, blood thinners, a history of disordered eating, alcohol withdrawal symptoms, kidney or heart conditions, recent falls — and we store the answers. They exist to withhold habits that could hurt you, and storing them is what stops us asking again every day. They are never used to target anything.
• The email address you give us to see your score, and to sign in.
• What you do inside Coach: which habits you checked off, your weekly check-ins, and the history of your scores over time.
• Account and billing information when you subscribe — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage analytics: page views and funnel events (for example "quiz started", "score revealed"). These are forwarded to PostHog, a third-party processor. Once you have verified your email, those events are keyed to that address.
• If you switch on a habit reminder, the browser push subscription needed to send it, and the time of day you chose.

What we don't collect

No blood draws and no lab values measured by us — every health answer is one you typed. No device, wearable or health-app integration: we read nothing from your phone or watch. No card numbers.

And your answers do not travel with the analytics. The events sent to PostHog carry a fixed allowlist of properties, enforced on our server rather than in your browser: your quiz answers, your score, the habits you were shown and every safety answer above are excluded from it, and a property that is not on the list is dropped rather than sanitized.

Age

This is for adults, 18 and over. If the quiz is told an age under 18 it stops there and writes nothing — no answers, no email address, and nothing left in the browser to resume.
