Terms of Use
1guide provides personalized, evidence-based guides and optional memberships across wellness and self-improvement topics. The deal is simple, so these terms can be too. Here's what you're buying, what you can do with it, and the promises we're making back.
1guide is a service operated by Soki World LLC (“we,” “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Soki World LLC, and they cover every guide and membership offered under 1guide.
What your purchase buys
One payment — the price shown at checkout — buys a personal license to the full guide you bought: your personalized plan, the full handbook, and, where offered, the print copy. The license never expires — no renewal, no clock, and no subscription is required to keep any of it. On your statement the charge shows as 1GUIDE.CO followed by the product — for example 1GUIDE.CO* SKINCARE.
Personal means personal: a guide is for you and your own use. Please don't resell it, republish it, or pass copies around — the studies behind it are public, but this distillation of them is what you paid for.
Memberships and beyond the handbook
Some guides offer an optional membership — ongoing guidance, coaching, or updates as your situation changes — as a separate paid subscription at its own price. A membership only ever adds to what you own today: nothing you bought outright moves behind a subscription, ever. Any guide you buy is complete on its own — a membership is a separate decision, later, if you want it. A subscription renews until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime.
Refunds
If it doesn't stick, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it. Keep the handbook. That's the whole policy: email support@1guide.cowithin 7 days of purchase, from the address you bought with, and we'll refund the purchase in full. You don't need a reason and we won't ask for a performance.
What these products are (and aren't)
Every 1guide is educational content: the published research on a topic, distilled and ordered for your answers. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a professional. If something worries you — for skincare, a mole that's changed or a rash that won't settle; for any guide, anything that feels like more than the everyday — see the right professional, not a handbook.
Your account
Sign-in works by codes and links we email you, so your email address is your key. Keep it current, and keep the inbox yours — anyone who can read your email can open your account.
The usual legal basics
We work to keep the product accurate, available, and worth what you paid, and we don't promise perfection: the service is provided as-is, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us. If we update these terms, the new version appears here with a new date at the top; changes never shrink a license you already bought. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, where Soki World LLC is organized.
